It takes a village to set up, run, and take down each show. So why not help out!? We will have a very short (.5 hour) training meeting for all volunteers on Tuesday, July 18th and again on Tuesday, August 8th, both at 5:00pm, here at the Lander LIVE stage. If you sign up, please put one of these dates into your calendar and join us – it’ll make things run really smooth! Beer is on us!
Band Load In & Set Up: Typically the band arrives between 12pm and 2pm and we need help unloading their gear onto the stage. We also need help setting up event tents, putting up signs and getting the beverage token area set up. Approximate times 12pm-2pm for load in & 2pm-5pm for set up.
Event Volunteer: During the show we need help selling beverage tokens, handing out programs, and collecting donations. Shifts between 5pm-9pm
Break Down & Clean Up: After the concert is finished we need a team of volunteers to meet at the stage and help break down the sound equipment, move band gear, and clean up the park. Shift from 9pm-10pm.
