fIt takes a village to set up, run, and take down each show. So why not help out!? Signing up for a volunteer shift earns you a free beverage at the show and two shifts earn you a free beverage and dinner voucher. Sign up on link below and when you arrive, find the Sales Tent, where you can sign in and pick which “station” you want to help out with. Hey, thanks! We couldn’t do it without YOU!
Band Move-In: Our lead band asked for 2-4 folks to help unload their trailer and set up on stage! Noon – 1:00pm.
Set Up: We need help setting up event tents, putting up signs and getting the beverage token area set up. Approximate time from 2:30 to 3:30pm for set up.
Event Volunteer: During the show we need help selling beverage tokens, handing out programs, and collecting donations. Two shifts are needed to be filled: 5:00-7:15 and again from 7:00-9:15pm.
Break Down & Clean Up: After the concert is finished we need a team of volunteers to meet at the stage and help break down the sound equipment, move band gear, and clean up the park. Shifts from 9pm-10pm.
